Ethan's experience writing for a variety of clients has allowed him to conduct thorough, accurate research on many topics, including leadership/business, painting, flooring, manufacturing, technology, dermatology, and maintenance services. That said, his primary spheres of knowledge include audio, music, film, gaming, and certain aspects of pop culture. He has written many forms of content, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, blogs, SEO-focused content, marketing material, landing pages, lists, and more.
Ethan has always enjoyed all forms of creative expression. In addition to writing for work and leisure, he enjoys drawing and making music. He began playing violin at the age of 9 and continued through the end of high school, where he composed and conducted a piece of music for his high school ensemble. Guitar quickly became his instrument of choice when he picked it up at the age of 14. Today, he writes music for and performs in the hard rock band Unwill, which has toured several states and released multiple albums since 2015. He also writes and records music as a solo artist.
When he's not playing music or writing, Ethan enjoys playing video games, watching movies and long-form TV shows, exploring nature, playing with his cat, and sampling interesting beers.
Ethan attended SUNY Geneseo, one of New York State's most prestigious universities, from 2012 to 2015, completing a four-year English degree in just three with the highest honors (Summa Cum Laude, 3.89 GPA). He was a regular member of the school's Creative Writing Club and was accepted into SUNY Geneseo's Creative Writing track (a subsidiary of the English major) in the second semester of his freshman year. In April 2014, Ethan was accepted into the International Honor Society Sigma Tau Delta, Chapter Iota Lambda. Several of his works of fiction (along with a flash fiction piece and book review) were published in the school's SUNY-wide literary journal, Gandy Dancer. He also took on the role of Fiction Editor for this publication in Spring 2014 and Fall 2015.
