Exports and Publishing

1

Exports and publishing.
Piece of cake: Chocolate.

You can export any of your approved content to an Excel sheet, then import directly to your blog or social platforms. Even better, you can setup API Integrations to publish directly to platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Movable Type, Twitter, Facebook and more.

2

How it works.
Select a platform.

Click Setup in the left navigation and then Publishing Integrations to select the logo of your platform and configure the integration to get the ducks lined up. Then publish approved content directly to your platform.

3

Set up the integrations.
Get the speed going.

You'll need to enter login credentials and approve WriterAccess integration for any and all of your platforms. You can cancel the integration at any time, with just one click.

4

Publish anytime.
And save time.

Click on Managed Workflow in the left navigation then Completed Orders to view and select any orders you want to publish directly to one of your platforms. Click the green Export button and then select the platform to publish the content on.

5

Configure publishing goals.
Save even more time.

There's no limit on the number of integrations, which is great for agencies managing content for multiple clients. Once you select the destination, you'll configure the publishing specs like publishing date, author, category and publishing time, along with any tags for readers and the search engines.
