Our white label solution lets your clients approve or request revisions in real time without logging onto the WriterAccess platform, or even knowing that they're working from a platform that's not your own. Premium members can use our white label solution. This lets your clients approve or request revisions in real time without logging onto the WriterAccess platform, or even knowing that they're working from a platform that's not your own.

To set up the white label solution:
1.        Go to Streamline Workflow.
2.        Click White Label Portal.

Enter your agency name and portal URL.
•        Note that the URL will be “youragencyname.contentapproval.com.”
•        You can get your IT guru to set up a subdomain and you can always update to a custom domain once everything's set up.

Next, enter your logo with the recommended size of 300 pixels by 50 pixels. Keep the whole thing under 500 Kb to speed up the load time for your clients.

To add a client, click the Add Client button. Each time you add the client or company's name, you'll notice that the system automatically creates a unique URL login path for them.

Now choose your workflow order. You can either have every order:
•        Go from the writer to you, and then it's shown to the client afterwards.
•        Go directly from the writer to the client for approval.

Next, set up the review time. This is the amount of time that the client has to approve an order before it automatically is approved by the system.

If your agency has multiple URLs, make sure to select the specific URL associated with the specific client and order.

If you want clients to be able to make notes and edits in the writer's work and message them directly, adjust the settings accordingly.

Also, make sure that you select which of your team members will be the account manager for this client.

Add users to a client's account by clicking the Edit button, and then clicking Add Login. Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.

The user will automatically receive a welcome message with their login, URL and password. They'll be asked to create a new password, and then they're in.

If they don't see the URL login, make sure that they check their spam folder because sometimes it gets sent there, too.

The White Label Portal page is your command center for all your clients. It's where you can add members, change member statuses, and check out an overview of their activity.

Once you're set up, your client's dashboard will look like this. Here clients can see what projects are in production, which require feedback and approval, which are being revised, and which are completed and approved.

If you enabled it, they can also manage their communication with talent in the messaging section below. Your client can also click on items that are pending approval to view the work.

This is where they would leave notes and a message for the writer if you enabled them to do so, allowing them to approve or request revisions for each project.

Once approved, the project goes to the Approved section where you can move forward with publication.
